Got yelled at immediately parking in one of their spots. Then when I told the worker I was just needing one minute as I was going into their shop he profusely told me to leave. Great interaction before even entering!

Best Scotch whisky selection in Missouri. It’s almost endless. Carry some great official bottlings from distilleries such as Ardnamurchan, Kilchoman, Bruichladdich, Bunnahabhain, Lochlea, Glenallachie, Ardbeg, Tobermory, Glen Scotia, and occasionally Springbank and Glengyle. They also carry some indie bottlers such as Murray McDavid, Signatory, Single Malts of Scotland, and Blackadder. Dave, behind the “Infamous Bar”, has a wealth of knowledge on everything Scotch and is a super friendly, engaging guy. Everyone else working here were friendly and helpful as well. This place is awesome!

Overall the selections and service at their locations are both solid. They have decent deals on certain items most weeks and occasionally some really good deals. My biggest issue with them is the disconnect between their online inventory and what is actually available. I have been in a store on a few occasions to search for an item that is shown to be available online, only to be told that it is not. To make it worse I have been told an item is available at a different location to find out after making the trip that it is not. I get it is tough to stock each store with everything, but if they could figure out a more accurate online availability system, it would make the stores much better to shop.

i just left this location, i called ahead inquiring about purchasing wine crates and the gentleman that took my call told me they had plenty and i didn’t need to pay for them. when i went in a very rude older woman “helped” me, she acting like i was inconveniencing her and kept telling me i didn’t understand what sizes the boxes were… she also told me they would be $5 each which is no issue, but the person who took my call told me they would be free. not sure if that was due to a miscommunication between staff or something else. i ended up not getting the amount of boxes i needed, the employee just had such a bad attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping me. my dad has been coming here for years, i thought the employees were always pretty kind but i dont think ill be back.

Great selection and usually much cheaper than any other store, including the big box competitor TW. Friendly staff, and they enjoy sharing their knowledge of the products they sell. If your interested in spirits, talk to Dave at the Clayton store. He knows his stuff.
