I usually print out e-gift cards so I can write down the remaining balance after using them partially. One day, I went to my regular wine shop, but the clerk was different. It was someone I’d never seen before. I handed her the printout, but she didn’t even greet me. Instead, she asked suspiciously, “Where did you get that?” It was incredibly rude. I had to explain myself until she finally punched the card number into the system and processed the transaction. This terrible customer service has convinced me to shop elsewhere if I see her again.

Went here on the weekend. The place is nice but the guy working on cash was very rude. Made the visit very unpleasant, I asked for a price on something and he quietly mumbled and when I said sorry he shouted the price. Another lady simply asked him where the red wine was and he gave her a long rude unnecessary speech..I felt bad for her. Wouldn't recommend going here
