Tried going in here yesterday for wine recommendations for a wedding. I would have bought 4 bottles if there was any customer service, but the staff member basically ignored me to chat for over 10 minutes with someone thinking about applying for a job there instead. I left without buying anything and I will not be back.

Nice wine store. Good selection of wines. The salesperson Sandra was very kind and helpful. Thank you 🍷

Good wine selection, but they allow and encourage dogs in the store (leave out a water bowl) and don't intervene when the dog owners let their animals rush other customers. Scary experience.

So handy when the LCBO is closed. Staff is lovely and helpful. Trius has a nice CabSav and is often on sale. Never thought I would ever buy Ontario wines.

Was there today. July 13. Asked for help. The worker staking shelves told me she was too busy she was miserable. The cashier was lovely.
