The items arrived in good packaging, the store reply with in 48 hour to my emails. The item arrived bit late but since the price of the item was cheaper than other stores in Toronto and I wasn’t in rush so it was ok for me to wait . But the tray was nice and the packaging was perfect nothing broken

Always a pleasure to be greeted by Candace (store manager) whose insightful eye and passion for beauty & design make for pleasant opportunities to talk shop. It is my go-to for office desk accessories and accoutrements!

We purchased two Norman Copenhagen Tap stools from the Modern Shop and couldn't be happier. They are well designed and crafted! They're also perfect for extra seating and look great with our vintage mcm table and chairs. Shipping was as expected for a European product.
