Not having a clue as to how to start making wine, I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly young man. He (Ty) welcomed me, asked what he could help me with and guided me through the entire process. He allowed me space to make up my own mind without any kind of pressure to buy. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being condescending. He even carried my products to the car as I'm old. Thank you Ty. You made my buying experience a very pleasant one.

Very happy with the service provided by Heather.. The wine labels were quick and easy and she was very complimentary.. Even Recieved a return email after store hours.. One day I will try out your state of the art onsite winery. Love stocking up when you have your kit sales... Very well laid out with lots of room to move around
