The Yoga Spa is such a beautiful space! Kristin and Rainey are sweethearts and they go above and beyond for guests! Kathryn Toahty and Christopher Neel are absolutely wonderful instructors —so kind and gentle. RussAnn the owner is really sweet! I’m grateful I was told about this studio.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience in the Wellness Room at the Yoga Spa. The owner is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The experience was more like a retreat on a vacation yet it's nestled in Northeast Edmond. Their Yoga room is serene, peaceful and gorgeous. I can't wait to try their massage packages too! Thank you for creating an inviting, beautiful space for our community to enjoy.

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend at the Yoga Spa. I was impressed by the beautiful space, the wide assortment of offerings, and the thoughtful attention of everyone at the Yoga Spa. We joined an ariel yoga class and sound bath on Friday night which left me a puddle of relaxation. You have to try the silk hammocks! On Saturday, my friends and I each had spa services and time to explore the wellness center. The Japanese Head Spa was a new delight and my massage was amazing. The staff at the yoga spa took great care to coordinate our schedules and provided a comfortable area for us to hang out with each other between services throughout the day. What a way to reconnect with friends and pamper yourself! I left feeling detoxed, relaxed, reset, and ready to jump back into my life.

There is a reason why this Spa-Studio has 5/5 stars- it’s truly amazing! We spent a “girls weekend” at the Spa, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were able to take advantage of their fall special and experience a variety of yoga classes, a sound bath, infrared treatments, lymphatic roller, a magical Japanese hair scalp treatment, an anti stress facial and the best whole body massage I’ve ever had, (with Hannah). The Quality of services, staff and owners were top notch! They put thought into every touch and made our weekend exceed our expectations and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you ❤️

Hannah’s somatic massage exceeded my expectation. You’ll want longer than an hour. She’s wonderful at approaching the massage from a uniquely individual perspective, creating a safe place to lean in to the moment and release stress, trauma, or any other negative energy your body might be holding. I drove an hour for my session and it did not disappoint. Thank you, Hannah, and the staff at The Yoga Spa, I will be back!
