WOW what a service. 5 days before my wedding my dress needed huge alterations after drastic wright loss. The zip yard absolutely pulled it out the bag. During the Christmas rush they went above and beyond and altered my dress in everyway in 1 full day and its perfect. Exceptional service. Lovely staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou so so much. X

I used the Zipyard to make a couple of pocket alterations and additions to my leather jacket. They were really helpful and friendly, and did a great job, exceeding my expectations of what was an awkward job at a very reasonable price. Their communication was excellent and they completed the work quickly. I'd highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Unfortunately I’ve left the shop in tears, I needed 2 straps on a dress altering to 2 different lengths and was only measured up for one. So the other strap would have still been too long for me. I felt like I was spoken down too when in the changing room - being told my dress was glued when it wasn’t. There was some wonderweb on the dress and no matter how much I tried to communicate this I was ignored and just told to turn around and that it was glued. I decided to leave and hopefully get my dress altered elsewhere

I have been trying to find somewhere that could repair the zipper on my motorcycle jacket. Everywhere I tried offered to replace the complete zip. Anyway, I walked into The Zipyard and walked out 10 minutes later with the zip fixed. All for less than £10! Great service, great job and nice people.

Very professional, you feel very comfortable in the shop and the staff treat you with respect. They shortened a satin flared prom dress the finish was lovely so well done with a very difficult material. I would certainly use them again and recommend them whole heartedly.
