Russell and his co-worker came to my home in Aurora to repair our furnace. They were very professional and paid close attention to every detail, making sure the furnace was fixed properly and running safely before they left. They also took care to keep everything clean, leaving the area just as tidy as when they arrived. This is actually the second time I’ve had the team help with heating and cooling issues. Previously, Russell solved a tricky problem with our furnace that other companies couldn’t figure out. He’s always knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend Thermal Balance Heating & Cooling for anyone needing furnace repair or HVAC service!

We first reached out to this company in Aurora when our furnace stopped working, based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Damon arrived on time, explained the repair process and pricing clearly, and got our heating system working perfectly again. When we had another issue with our furnace later on, we called them back. Once again, Damon was prompt, thorough, and made sure we understood what needed fixing and why. Thanks to their work, our heating system is running much more efficiently and we've even noticed a drop in our energy bills over the past year. I highly recommend this company for furnace repair in Aurora. They are honest, reliable, and always show up when they say they will.

I was very impressed with the outstanding heater repair service I received. From the first call for an estimate to the final repair, everything was handled smoothly and with professionalism. The technician, Arthur, was knowledgeable, efficient, and treated my home with great respect. The work was completed to a high standard, and my heater is now running perfectly, keeping my home warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable heater repair, especially during the cold Colorado winters.

When my furnace and AC were first installed, the team did a fantastic job getting everything set up in my Aurora home. After dealing with a home warranty company for a long time, I started having trouble when my furnace needed a quick fix—they told me it would take days to send someone out, and I ended up waiting much longer than promised without any updates. That experience made me realize I needed better service, so I reached out to the HVAC company that had done my installation. As soon as I called, they scheduled a visit for the very next day and arrived right on time. It was easy to talk to someone who understood exactly what I needed, and Damon, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated getting a text alert before he arrived, so I knew exactly when to expect him. The whole process was smooth and professional, and now my heating system is running perfectly again. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs.

Manuel was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, friendly, and always arrived on time. He paid close attention to every detail while installing my new furnace and air conditioning system. I was very impressed by his expertise and felt completely confident in his work. With his knowledge and experience, he made handling the tricky parts of the furnace installation seem easy. Manuel stayed focused and dedicated throughout the whole project and worked hard to get everything done. He had an assistant, Joe, who was also friendly and professional. The team made the whole HVAC installation process smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the results and grateful for such skilled service!
