Total Computer Solutions in Greensboro is fantastic to work with. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We needed a 3rd party IT provider to perform a Pentest on our local network. It was important that we used a firm that was not familiar with our current systems and security. We found the team at TCS to be very professional and possess the skills and knowledge needed to understand and enact simulated cyber attacks that are currently being exploited in the real world. When testing was completed we received a 27 page detailed report on issues that were found, along with suggestions on what could/should be done to resolve them. This report was followed up by a conference call with the lead engineers who performed the testing to discuss any questions, and/or concerns that my firm may have had. All in all, I feel that TCS did an exceptional job with the execution and follow-up on this project. Seeing our systems strengths and weaknesses, and how to address them has been a great value to our firm. We will call on TCS again for future projects.

I always appreciate how efficiently TCS handles my concerns, and how pleasant and friendly they are while doing it. Charles helped me today and Ryan yesterday, and I received great assistance from both of them that took care of the problems that led to the calls. Wonderful crew!
