i observe two types of reviews first by recent members and second by members more than a couple of years old. I am in the second category and do appreciate latest gadgets and facilities but at the price of £250-300 pm these shiny things should be table stakes. Anyway i am sharing my experience and opinion so that people can learn and decide but more importantly the club can improve. I share a few frustrating experiences during the course of my membership these past years (1) Members can freeze membership for a period so there is no direct debit. Idea is you don't pay when u are away. I also use Personal Training (PT) which are also advance debits. I applied for the freeze but kept getting debits of PT month on month while my membership was frozen. Crazy isn't it .. for reversals I had to eventually reach out to the CEO (2) Yoga Classes are very popular but they decided to reduce the area available for classes by 60% at tower bridge and hence the existing members using this facility had no option but find solutions including multi-club membership which is additional £50 pm. The catch here is after one becomes a multi-club member in many of the popular Third Space clubs one is on a waitlist with no transparency. When i paid the additional fee to when my multi club member ship arrived the waitlist time moved by a few months for some of the clubs. I was able to get back on the original waitlist on seeking clarification with central team (3) Muti club membership also doesn't offer entry into new club openings, something the managers missed and i realised after booking a class at the latest "Whiteley" club. (4) Guest passes priced at £35 in my opinion create a false perception of value as they appear on ones app as reward for loyalty etc. but cannot be used for many value adding activity like a group class , training session etc. Having written all the above I still love the place for people like Ana, Darius, James and my brilliant Yoga teachers Ferdi , Jess , Echo.

My home club is Canary Wharf but I started coming to TB over a year ago for the yoga instructors. The staff are all so friendly and genuine and the facilities always sparkling clean. The pool, sauna and steam rooms are high end and worth spending time in. This year I have started Wattbike classes and really love the community, it has been great getting to grips with something I was nervous about with the support of the instructor Stacey. Sad that there is only one yoga studio now but the instructors are such high standard here, I can’t recommend enough Negeen, Carl and Oceania.

The club is great with a range of classes and facilities! What's best though is the tailored support and PTs that work there. Especially Yash has helped me so much on my fitness journey to get stronger, feel confident in the gym and progress so much in the past 6 months! Great gym and great team!

Absolutely exceptional gym experience! Third Space truly lives up to its reputation — everything feels thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed. The atmosphere is inspiring yet calm, never overcrowded, and every detail from the lighting to the scent creates a sense of focus and wellbeing. The equipment is top-tier and always spotless, the classes are world-class, and the trainers are not only knowledgeable but genuinely supportive — they help you progress safely while motivating you to push a little further. I have experienced most of classes: Reformer Pilates, Lifting, The WOD, few types of Yoga, they all led by experts The spa area and recovery zones make every visit feel like a treat rather than a chore. Even the coffee and food here are the perfect finish to an amazing workout and such a reflection of the overall quality of Third Space. The reception team are always kind, helpful and smiling. It’s more than just a gym — it’s a space that elevates both body and mind. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality, balance, and a touch of luxury in their fitness journey. Training at Third Space has truly elevated my wellbeing — it’s so much more than a gym. Every visit feels like an act of self-care, from the peaceful atmosphere to the attention to detail in every corner. But the real magic comes from my PT, Juliette Barton. She is absolutely amazing — her energy, knowledge, and ability to understand exactly what my body needs are beyond words. She pushes me with kindness, supports me with patience, and makes every session feel purposeful and empowering. I can’t thank Juliette enough for helping me build both strength and confidence. Third Space wouldn’t feel the same without her.

At the beginning, everything was going fairly well and I tried to remain understanding despite some technical issues (the sauna being out of order for several months, the chairs in the changing rooms disappearing and being swapped around, etc.). I told myself these things happen and let it go, even though I was paying a full monthly membership without access to all the services. The real problem came when I had an issue with my membership renewal, which was not my fault. I received an email saying I no longer had access, so I did not use the gym. Despite this, they kept pressuring me to pay for a full month’s membership that I never used. I later realised that some of their emails had gone into my spam folder, so there had clearly been a communication issue. But when I discovered this, I genuinely tried to explain the situation and find a solution. Instead of listening, they stood their ground and refused to understand. I find this unacceptable for a gym that claims to promote vitality and well-being. When everything is fine, there is no problem. But the moment you need a minimum of humanity and understanding, there is no one there. The customer service is very poorly managed and hides behind automated procedures. If you are simply looking for a gym that takes your monthly payments without any real care, then you can go there. But if you want a place that is human, attentive and respectful of its members, I strongly advise against it.
