Thirst's Smut Sommelier was passionate, witty and ready to engage in smirk worthy banter. If you like your romances steamy, well-organized and leaving you wanting more - this is the perfect place to fall in love, with books. It will rekindle your desire to stay up past your bedtime with pages spread. This store delivers page clenching, toe curling satisfaction from the second you walk in. Woman owned, romance-focused and absolutely hitting all my... literary buttons. My friend and I had such a good time that we came twice in as many days. Individually currated recommendations are spot on! Shelves containing books for every romance genre - will only leave you desiring more time to spend between the pages. If you prefer voyeurism stop by to have a peak at Thirst's chapters, thoughtful displays and bookish merch while enjoying mood music. These little touches make a pleasurable experience that will be hard to forget. They even host great events, clubs and author signings if you're into group things... I went in torn between two books and ultimately picked eight. While checking out the bookseller saw my choice and rewarded me with a perfectly timed 'Good girl.' Not to be dramatic, but I folded faster than a romance hero in chapter fifteen. Cannot wait to get tied up while reading my new books!

Cutest bookstore with the best vibes! I spent a cozy afternoon browsing here with friends and it was the best activity for a rainy Sunday! The owner is fabulous, so friendly and welcoming— she is also ready to share some amazing recommendations! I found some gems that I am very excited to read. I will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely adorable! And they have so many good books and different cover editions! I wish it wouldn't be the first and probably last time I can make it to Thirst Books (I'm just visiting Milwaukee). If you love Romance books you should definitely check this store out! We need more of them in this world

Love the place! Lots of variety and fun merch for romance girlies. It’s a great addition to North Ave. The owner has done really creative things inside like hanging light fixtures made of books and putting a reading lounge downstairs. It’s stocked from floor to ceiling with a ton of different varieties of romance.
