Great communication and professionalism in organizing the event for our residents. Gary, in particular, was very kind and attentive to our needs. The Thomas Oliver staff who stopped by were both very friendly and helpful. Most important of all - the food was incredible. Everyone loved it. So happy to have found Gary and Thomas Oliver’s and we hope to use them again.

We ordered food for 80 staff and the pricing was very reasonable. We ordered the black pepper salmon (both trays completely finished), marsala chicken (also heard that it was really good), quinoa stuffed peppers (the vegetarians finally got something for themselves), a pear salad which was DELICIOUS and better than a pear salad we were served at our company's gala, penne a la vodka (completely finished both trays), roasted vegetables (very well-cooked), and mashed potatoes (also completely eaten). We ended up having around 90 staff show up and we had a lot of salad, chicken, and vegetables left. Also the food arrived hot, which was also very nice. The drivers were communicative day of, on time, so helpful in set up, and to my lovely surprise, Thomas Oliver provided menu item cards. Gary who coordinated the catering was so quick to provide an invoice and response to any email. This was our first time working with Thomas Oliver and for such an important event, I was nervous but they were totally unwarranted. My nerves went away after so much great feedback about the food. The photos I am sharing do not do the catering justice, and I wish I took photos of the pear salad (which I am still thinking about) and the food prior to when staff started digging in.

The staff at Thomas Oliver's Gourmet Catering is AMAZING. Leading up to our event, I was dealing with Gary who was so responsive and so accommodating. Our event was last night and everything was perfect-the food was delicious and the staff could not have been nicer. I would highly highly highly recommend them for any event big or small.

We recently ordered from Thomas Oliver's Catering for our office International Potluck Party. Everyone agreed that their food were absolutely delicious, especially the chicken francais, shredded beef with broocoli and ginger, short ribs, and dirty rice with sausage. Although my request was short notice, Gary was accommodating, flexible, and very professional, which I really appreciated. The delivery was also on time, and they even set up the chafing pans and sternos for me. It was such a smooth and easy process that I'll definitely recommend and utilize Thomas Oliver’s Catering for future events.
