We chose Thompson Roofing due to a personal referral and from observing a roof installation of one of our neighbors. We called for an inspection, Bryan promptly called and set up a date & inspection time. He was very thorough checking the roof outside as well as inside the attic. He took both pictures & videos to show us the condition of the roof and to show there was no damage in the attic. He then presented us with three different packages they have, all of which are very reasonable. He explained everything in great detail and answered all other questions we had. We set a weather permitting date to start the installation. The materials were delivered prior to the start date so the crew would be able to start working as soon as they arrived. The were prompt worked two days to completion. They cleaned up all the old material, debris and did three nail removal process to clean up the old roofing nails. All the team members & crew were very courteous, friendly and did a great job. Even our mail carrier commented on the great job they did and how nice the new roofing nails looked. Our neighbors have commented as well. We had some siding along the roof line that had been damaged they were even able to match and replace it. Looks great

Thompson Roofing was recommended to me by my insurance agent and I’m so glad they were! I worked with Heath Cunningham and he made the experience so easy. Heath was very patient and was able to answer all my questions and help me pick the right options for my home, including going over their financing options. I felt extremely comfortable working with this company and I’m thankful they were so genuine and honest. The workers were kind, quick, and efficient. They even made sure to take care of my plants the best they could and pick up all the nails and materials that ended up in the yard. If you’re in the Huntsville area and need a new roof, Thompson Roofing is the company you want!

A storm caused a tree to fall onto our garage roof and make a hole. Plus, there was hail damage. Thompson Roofing did an excellent job on repairing the hole and replacing our roof! Everyone was professional and timely. Thank you to Doug for being an excellent in-person contact from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. =)
