Owner is rude and makes up rules as the night goes on The reviews are accurate in the sense of it being rough and oddly managed.

I went to Three Points Bowling Center and honestly, it was one of the worst bowling experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the place feels poorly maintained. The lanes are in bad condition; the ball kept getting stuck or returning late, and at one point it made a strange return that almost hit us. That alone shows a serious lack of proper maintenance. The scoring system kept glitching, which completely ruins the experience if you’re just trying to have a good time. Customer service was another major issue. The staff seemed uninterested, slow, and even annoyed to help. We had to ask for assistance multiple times, and each time it took forever to get even a basic issue resolved. The worst part was how they handled the complaint. They refused to listen or offer a reasonable solution, and in the end, I had to request a refund because the experience was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness is also a problem. Worn-out shoes, sticky tables, and an overall environment that just doesn’t make you want to stay. On top of that, the prices don’t match the quality at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of better places in Orlando where you can actually enjoy yourself without frustration. This place clearly doesn’t prioritize maintenance or customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience at 3 Points Bowling, mainly because of the service. The staff member who attended us was rude and seemed annoyed the entire time. We had simple questions, and instead of helping, they responded with attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. It really ruined the whole experience for us. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how we were treated.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and honestly, it felt discriminatory. From the start, the staff treated us with clear disrespect—short answers, rude tone, and zero effort to be helpful. Meanwhile, other customers were being treated completely differently, with friendliness and patience. The contrast was obvious. We were watched more closely than anyone else, questioned for no real reason, and made to feel like we didn’t belong there. At one point, a staff member made a comment that was completely inappropriate and came across as racially insensitive. That crossed the line. No one goes to a bowling alley expecting to feel singled out or uncomfortable, but that’s exactly what happened. Instead of enjoying our time, we felt unwelcome the entire visit. If management doesn’t address this kind of behavior, it says a lot about what they tolerate. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic respect.

Unfortunately, the customer service here was very disappointing. The bald employee was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior creates an uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the business. Customers expect to be treated with basic respect when they are paying for a service. I hope management addresses this, as it affects the overall experience. I would not return based on this visit.
