This is the first time I came to bowl at this spot, I pulled up alone to just bowl by myself, it seemed like a slow day the bowling alley looked kinda empty and after a bit my lane had an issue and the worker minto came to help me out and after that he actually chatted with me for a while about the different balls he and I use and he was really nice we overall had a nice conversation he definitely brightened my mood for sure, Ill find myself returning here whenever I get that bowling itch!
I don’t leave many reviews but I would like to recognize the great customer service I received from Altia. She was very helpful, friendly, welcoming and assisted with all our questions. I love when businesses have great customer service because that matters.
Service was great, especially the bartender Kelly! There was a line of people waiting for drinks and Kelly was flying around slingin drinks all with a smile on her face and a bubbly attitude! I know when it’s busy things can get chaotic but Kelly is fantastic and just wanted to say keep it up Kelly! I’ll be back and request her to serve me everytime! 😊
Great venue and overall experience. I visited with friends from Minnesota and requested two open lanes. One of the staff members, I believe her name was Altia, was exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond in customer service. I returned a second time specifically because of her positive attitude, although she was not there at the time. This review is to recognize her outstanding service. Thank you for a great experience.
This was the first time I've been to Thunderbowl Lanes. The building is enormous. It's sectioned off so it's not too overwhelming inside. The regular bowling alley has 74 lanes and the VIP section (which is closed off) has more. There's a small arcade, small Pro shop, bar, and snack bar. The lanes were well oiled, had bumpers, as well as a ball ramp for the littles. There were balls with double thumb holes to accommodate different size hands and staff were very kind and helpful. Now for the reason I was there. It was my nephews 19th birthday and he's going to be playing with the Pros in March. Seeing this is the largest bowling alley in the U.S. and second in the world it's very popular for the PBA to make a stop here. He wanted to try it out before March to get a feel for the lanes and how his bowling balls reacted. He did pretty well but since we were there and it was his birthday, I bought him another ball. The Pro shop spent time with him, answered all his questions, gave him a discount, and drilled the ball within a half hour. He walked out with ball in hand ready for the 2 hour drive back in March! Thank you Thunderbowl Lanes for giving my nephew something he's been dreaming of! Can't wait to see you in March!
