This one was a real letdown, I had such high hopes. I've heard so many great things and what one would expect based on everything online and the look of the restaurant from the outside led me to an expectation that this would be one of the best Italian spots in the Tulsa area. I was surely mistaken. Service wasn't bad, it just didn't exist, my reservation wasn't ready, despite me being 5 minutes late, and there being only two parties seated within visible range(it's a very open dining room). The table was set up for four, but my reservation was for two?! Our waiter didn't really talk to us much, I'm not even sure he ever introduced himself or told us his name. The food was great, no complaints there, but I don't see myself ever going back due to feeling undervalued as a customer. I was as nice as I could be to everyone, and no one was particularly rude, they just didn't seem to care that I was ever there.

I don't know what happened to this restaurant, but it's definitely gotten worse in the last two years. The food tastes like it came straight out of the freezer and it's under-salted. The Alfredo sauce isn't Alfredo at all. Overall, I'm in a terrible shock. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but now it's on my to-do list. I won't even mention the salad; I've never seen such tiny salad portions, even at fast food. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Food was BURNT! (Pollo al Parmigiana) It was really bad because it was my birthday dinner, I tried emailing them but NO one returned my email. My Dad ordered the flounder that was more expensive and its interesting how his food wasn't burnt...This is NO way to treat customers.

It’s disappointing that this location moved over a year ago without fully updating their website which shows images of their prior location. It was very confusing when we pulled to the restaurant. The food was delicious. However, my plate had several chips, ALL of the chairs looked extremely dirty and needed to be either cleaned, replaced or refinished. We ordered cheesecake to take home and we were in shock when we opened the container. It describes the cheesecake serves two for $8. It clearly serves only one. Photo attached. We will not return.

Service is great, food is great, location is good. I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was cooked correctly and had great flavor. Green beans were the fancy kind (not shown) they accidentally brought out asparagus. Room ran a little cold for those who bring a jacket. Sorry I forgot to take a photo before I started eating
