From my initial call about a property to moving out 2 years later, Tick Property have been nothing but amazing. The rental process was really easy and so quick. I really enjoyed my time renting through Tick. Everything was super straightforward and stress-free, and any issues were sorted quickly. Big shout out to Will for being so helpful and easy to deal with the whole way through — it made the whole experience a lot better for me. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience renting through Tick. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The viewing process was smooth and flexible, and they answered all my questions clearly, making the whole process feel stress-free. Once I moved in, any minor issues with the property were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The communication throughout my tenancy was excellent – I always felt well-informed and supported. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the contractors they used were respectful and professional. What really stood out to me was how approachable and friendly the staff were. They genuinely seemed to care about the tenants and not just the property. Moving out was just as smooth, with a fair and transparent check-out process. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again and would highly recommend Tick to anyone looking for a well-managed and trustworthy letting agency.

I’ve had a really positive experience renting through Tick. From the very beginning, the team were professional, friendly, and responsive. The application process was clear and straightforward, and they kept me updated at every stage. During my tenancy, any queries or maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent – I always felt listened to and supported. The property was well-managed, and I genuinely felt like my comfort as a tenant was a priority. It’s rare to find a letting agent that combines professionalism with a genuinely personal touch, but Tick managed it perfectly. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Be careful when you rent a house from this agency. They cut off 200£ of my deposit. They cited the cleanliness and the presence of some mold in the house as an excuse. However, I cleaned the house before moving out (as you can see in the photos), and I stayed for only 5 months. The molds were already existing when I rented it, but they didn't accept. I have photos of when I moved into the house, but when you zoom in, you can't see well. You can understand how small a thing we are talking about. The property manager was so rude when she contacted me. I hope you will not work with her. I was even willing to accept deductions under £100, but £200 was too much and unfair for a house that I delivered clean and early. I will file a complaint about the cutting off, but I'm unsure if it's worth pursuing, as it won't be easy.
