Used them over two years ago. They weren't great with communication or cleaning, so we went with someone else. Asked not to be added to marketing lists. Apparently they're having trouble with customers because I'm getting spam emails and texts about great new deals they have.

The required video walk through was painfully inefficient. I found Ruby to be judgmental, not friendly to neurodivergent folks, and not trauma informed. I declined her services, and she just assumed I couldn't afford them. I cannot recommend this company.

It was a joy to come back from work to a sparkling clean apartment! Her work lightened my load during a professionally and personally stressful year and I cannot recommend Tidy Up Portland more highly.
