Tidy Waves has managed my aquarium for over 3 years; I am impressed by their service, knowledge, and reliability. I am a therapist, and the tank is in my waiting room. So it is important the tank be well cared for. More than that, the fish need to have a certain behavior; active but not hyper, and not aggressive. Julie at Tidy Waves has expertise in this. She can discuss fish species, behavior, and health. She is responsive when there are problems, which are rare. They change out the fish enough to keep the aquarium interesting, and have combinations of fish that get along well. Julie is aware of the aesthetic use of color and shape for the aquarium decorations, and changes them out strategically as well. They come at least monthly to make water changes (which is appropriate for tank care). If I have time, Julie will talk with me about the tank, listen to any concerns I have, and explain about the current fish. Equally important, if it seems I am busy, she will just come in and work on the tank without needing to take my time. She is quiet and respectful of patients that happen to be in the waiting room. They also installed and set my tank up initially. Tank setup is an important and somewhat tedious process, but they took care of it at every step. I highly recommend Tidy Waves for aquarium care.

Tidy Waves has been servicing my 220 gallon tank for 14 years at my dental office. You can not beat their pricing Guy,Greg, and Julie go above and beyond with their customer service, knowledge, and overall experience. I WILL NOT SWITCH REGARDLESS OF PRICING(LOWEST ALREADY) or if they need to reschedule to accommodate other tanks due to the crazy demand?! I am a Tidy Waves customer FOR LIFE! THANKS GUYS YOU'RE THE BEST IN DFW!

Update, when I gave this company 5 stars I was new to this service and didn't realize they were charging me double for 1/2 the work! When I said something they stopped answering Our calls. I now have a new company for well over 1/2 of what I paid and this company will work with our schedule and we haven't lost a fish! We lost at least 8 with Tidy. I am updating now because a friend saw my post and was gonna call them! No keep looking please. Now that I know I feel taken advantage of!

5 STARS! My search is over. Tidy Waves is hands down the best company I have found. Greg & Julie are top notch professionals. Their expertise is spot on. They took the time to answer all of my questions and always make sure I stay well informed. They had my new Red Sea Reefer 450 delivered within 48 hours and knew exactly what to do in order to transfer my aquarium inhabitants to the new aquarium. This Reefer 450 is a real show stopper!
