I'm extremely impressed by the service/customer care from the staff here. I bought my partner a silver bracelet and it was too small for his wrist because it was a women's bracelet - they lengthened it free of charge which I thought was really nice of them. Nearly a year later he fell and bent the clasp, I was pleasantly surprised that they repaired it free of charge. The staff member (I think his name was John) was very friendly and professional.

Had a absolutely exceptional experience at Tiffany & Co. Collins Street, all thanks to Van! Van always greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, always making us feel welcomed and valued at the store. He is very attentive and thoughtful, without ever feeling pushy. As we were indecisive in choosing the rings, he is very patient with us despite us going back and fourth on the designs. He also truly understand our style and offers us good recommendation and advise on the styling. Thank you, Van, for the outstanding service and memorable in-store experience. Highly recommended to look for him when you visit this outlet!

The diamond on my engagement ring has fallen out twice in four years. When it happened the first time, I took the ring to the CBD store to be fixed. In the process of attempting to fix it, the ring was bent and damaged. They then sent the ring to New York for further repairs. This process took three months. I was assured that this is very unusual and shouldn’t happen again. I then had a period during my pregnancy where I couldn’t wear the ring due to my joints swelling. The ring was kept safe in this time. I recently started wearing the ring again. However soon after this, ANOTHER diamond fell out while I was on holiday. My husband took the ring to the CBD store again, but we were told that we will have to pay for further repairs. The manager compared the ring to a Porsche, saying it will need ongoing maintenance. I’m so disappointed with my experience with Tiffany. When you buy from a high end jeweller, you expect top quality service and to be looked after if something goes wrong. Is it really normal for diamonds to fall out this often? I feel like I can’t even wear my ring. Hi guys, just had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. Collins St, thanks to Van! He was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. From the moment we walked in, Van made us feel welcomed and comfortable — his service was thoughtful, genuine, and never pushy. We recently had the pleasure of being welcomed into the Melbourne store for an appointment by the very courteous staff. Van was especially attentive and knowledgeable whilst Lena showed her vast understanding of Tiffany's history and style. The experience will not be forgotten and it had that special feel of "Breakfast at Tiffany's" Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten! The iconic brand and elegance of this beautiful store is enduring and has made a mark on our 14 year old daughter just as much as it has on us.
