My dad passed away when i was 15, and i always had his ring with me, but i wanted to combine it with my wedding ring, without altering my design, Anny's did this in an awesome way, and it feels great knowing i have my dads ring with mine as a single ring, keeping the same design, couldn't be happier, very professional, nobody would know my ring is now 2 rings!! For anyone looking to purchase or create an engagement ring, I can't recommend Anny's enough! Chris looked after me throughout the whole process, and he was extremely professional & efficient. He very clearly explained the process of creating a ring, the important aspects of 'the perfect diamond' and was gave me (in hindsight) an incredibly accurate timeline for how long things would take. He wasn't aggressive or overly enthusiastic like some other boutiques, and he won't push you to spend more (rather encouraging you to get the right design and right diamond for that design). From initial consultation to receiving the ring, the process took roughly two months, but for anyone looking to create a custom design I would highly recommend allocating 3 months or more. Chris and the team are incredibly busy due to their volume of business, and more time allows you to be sure you can find a diamond you're happy with. Although we only met twice (one for consultation and once to pick up the ring) I can say I'm 100% satisfied with the process, and how I was looked after by Chris. He even made sure to offer me a ring spacer to ensure my partner could wear it even if the sizing was off! (Thankfully Chris got the ring size perfectly :) ) Lastly, the quality of their workmanship is also unrivalled, as they are a manufacturing jeweller (which means they actually make their own rings, and don't outsource). They also offer palladium white gold as opposed to the common Nickel white gold. I personally went this route and couldn't be happier!
