Had an incredibly lovely experience at the business today, whereby I emailed late at night panicked about not being able to remove my rings prior to a surgery (pregnancy swelling). The owner replied to me the same night, which I never expected and saw my first thing on a Monday morning. He was incredibly compassionate and understanding, doing everything he could to help me. I am so thankful we were able to remove my rings and look forward to returning when my sausage fingers return to their normal weight for repairs. Thank you for your kindness, it went a long way for a very pregnant and stressed woman! 🙏🏼

Joseph helped my parents and I with our wedding rings. He took the time to educate us and work with us patiently thought out the process and also gave us a great price. The thing we liked the most is that we work only with Joseph from start to finish, no handovers so we felt in good hands the entire time. I learnt so much from Joseph and found the whole process of selecting our engagement and wedding rings absolutely fascinating. Not only did we create a design that feels timeless, but the rings are also incredibly practical for everyday wear. I went in knowing nothing, and by our wedding day, there wasn’t a single thing I would have changed. Highly recommend!
