Sandeep at the Tiffany & Co. Perth store was fantastic to deal with. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable without any pressure. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was just right before we left. Genuinely great service and exactly what you’d hope for when shopping at Tiffany. Would definitely recommend asking for Sandeep if you’re in store

Went into the Tiffany Perth store looking for the ribbon engagement ring. I have seen it years ago and regretted not getting it then. Decided to get it this time. As this design is being discontinued, it's not a regular item they'll have in store. I was lucky they have it in the store. Unfortunately, I did not fall in love with the piece and had asked the staff if they have a smaller middle stone as it was the design I'm after and feel that the bigger stone outshines the design. I was told it's not available. I asked again if they have other specifications that perhaps the can transfer to perth store for me to compare since this is a $15.6k ring and I am not falling in love with it. Unfortunately, Tony the sales associate doesn't listen and firstly tried to sell me other designs and I had to emphasis it is the RIBBON ENGAGEMENT ring design that I am interested in. I have seen it years ago and yes regretted not getting it then. I understand it is no longer being made and understand that it does not come in smaller middle stone. I explained again that this piece they have is not catching my eye and since I know what I want, I am asking for other specs for consideration. Tony brushed me off and basically said that if I liked this design I should just get it as it's rare. They only have it in perth store because a client wanted to see it. Well, that client didn't end up getting it, I'm not the only one not falling in love with this piece. Jewellery is a sentimental purchase and if I'm not liking it, why would I want to spend $15k for it, moreover the whole experience at Tiffany Perth is UNDERWHELMING. I'm appalled by the condescending attitude displayed by Tony. Tiffany Perth sales associate is lacking the professionalism. Please train your staff!

We had an outstanding experience at Tiffany & Co. thanks to Sandeep. He was incredibly professional and attentive, showing us several options and helping us try different sizes until we found the perfect wedding rings. Sandeep also took the time to share more details about Tiffany’s heritage and the unique qualities of their diamonds, which made the experience truly special. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommended for anyone looking for wedding rings or fine jewelry

I had a wonderful experience at the store, thanks to Sadeep who assisted me while we are looking for earrings. He was very friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable while trying different styles. He also shared helpful suggestions, which made it easier for me to find the piece that really suited me.

Very nice🩵🩵🩵 Marcia is the kindest manager ever. On this Valentine’s Day, I ended up purchasing a ring in Australia! She paid close attention to everything from the size to the style, and the service was absolutely satisfying. What I’ll never forget is how she shared her own experiences and fond memories with us, a Korean couple, making the moment even more special. I highly recommend visiting Tiffany & Co. for your ring shopping!
