Driving school is not cheap but what Tiger Driving is offering, is not only lessons but peace of mind. They take their time, they explain everything to the students, and they get to know them. I loved that I could not only pay for driving school but I could also pay for them to do the driving test through the school. No DMV for us, thank goodness. They communicate wonderfully and when the time came to schedule the prep and test they called to make sure I knew what was needed, plus answer any questions I had. My son Hayden loved his lessons with Jo and he made him super comfortable. Thank you all for the time you pour into these kids.
I haven’t even had my first driving lesson yet, and I’m already disappointed by the unprofessionalism I experienced on the phone. I spent $375 with Tiger Driving School, and when I called to clarify my booking, the woman was extremely rude, dismissive, and confused about my information. I felt rushed, disrespected, and unheard—especially after trying to calmly explain a clear miscommunication. I’ll be updating this review after my lesson, but so far the customer service has been unacceptable for the price I paid. I understand policies are policies, but compassion and professionalism matter. I called within hours of my first driving lesson to explain that my little brother had passed away unexpectedly less than 12 hours earlier. Rather than receiving empathy or understanding, I felt dismissed. I paid $375 for a service I never received and experienced insensitivity during one of the hardest moments of my life. I hope this business can grow in customer care and humanity moving forward.”
We had a great experience with Tiger Driving School! My son took Drivers Ed with another teacher and they didn't offer the driving exam. We enrolled in the 1 hour prep course and driving exam and it was a very smooth and easy process. Once our daughter is old enough, we will be enrolling her in Drivers Ed with Tiger Driving School. Now, if they could only print the actual DLs and you didn't have to go to the tag agency, that would make it worth 6 stars... LOL!
Both of my children have taken driving lessons through Tiger Driving School, and I highly recommend it! I love how the process of scheduling lessons is so easy, and that they offer pick up from home or school, so that when I am working, I don't have to worry about getting my child to the lesson. My son is very shy, and the instructors made him feel comfortable and not intimidated. I recommend Tiger Driving School to anyone needing driver's ed in the Tulsa/BA area!
