Ordered/PurchasedCorsage/Boutonniere set for son's homecoming dance, $70. I thought it was a little expensive but needed it that day. I was told it would be ready at 3 PM. As of yet no issues, phone service was good and it was ready on time. Everything looked as it should. I was a little surprised they put in a plain plastic container. The problem came once the corsage was put on the young girls wrist, within 15 minutes before they could even get pictures the flowers fell out, corsage started coming apart,before they got event!! At this point florist was closed. Needless to say these 2 young teens were extremely upset and disappointed! First HC event and first time buying a corsage set. This review is written the night of the event, I will contact florist on Monday morning when they open and see how they respond. The only reason I picked them was they answered the phone, local and their rating as one of the best. I'd hate to see worse! The young ladies mom tried to fix too. UPDATED 10/26/25 Contacted SHENIA at Tiger Lilly she listened to my issue asked me to send photos, after she reviewed photos she agreed with me, this was not their standard and shouldn't have happened. SHENIA apologized and immediately gave us a full refund. SHENIA told me they had a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee. I wasn't aware of that. However because SHENIA handled the issue in the same manner I would have, I will give them another opportunity to serve us in the future, unfortunately the teens will always remember how their first corsage simply fell apart.

I was very pleased by the efficiency shown when I telephoned in my order and my daughter was pleased by the selected arrangement that I left up to the florist to design. When we arrived out to Las Vegas from Boston I saw the bouquet and was thrilled by the way it was prepared. Thanks for providing excellent quality and be assured of our patronage because my Las Vegas family is now settled into a beautiful location.

I have been using Tigerlily since it opened their Henderson store. Actually, my whole family uses Tigerlily. I now live in Bassano Del grappa Italy. And I still place an order over the phone for our holidays for my family members in Henderson in Las Vegas. My son who is now 27 has now been using Tigerlily for his business Clients. Not only did the last arrangement for my mother Patricia Spann for her birthday June 16 was 10 times more beautiful than it was in the picture on the website. It was amazing. She sent me pictures of the arrangement almost daily over here on the other side of the world. Thank you, Tigerlily for being the most exotic florist and always making the most beautiful pieces of art. Thank you love the Samson family.

So this establishment literally saved us from a total catastrophe! I went in literally on prom day- OH NO SHE Didn’t. YES, 👍🏻I did. No shame what-so-ever. My friend, wife, brother, sister, lover, buddy- doesn’t matter-someone forget or decided for every one involved that 2024 prom was a great time to fore go flowers!! Anyhow, no one is making flowers at kick 🦵 off time for the Superbowl. So, they graciously gave me everything I needed to PUNT. DO MY WORST I Did!! See the pictures below. 👇 What I want you to know is how GRACIOUS they were to me at Tiger Lily. They could have laughed me out of the store, made fun of my predicament or just shewed me off. They have a big Ole’ heart ♥️!! A country mile wide. I love them for that! Plus, I saw the arrangements going out as they feverishly worked. Gorgeous. I’m sold. Visit these two male angels 👼! 😇😇😇🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💐
