I love this place. Currently they are getting ready to move down the road to another location. Lots of plants, pots, soil etc. all 30% off. I went into the greenhouse and it was like a jungle. I loved that feeling. I found the cutest Parlor Palm and a little pot and saucer. I named him Mervyn Frond. Haha I am looking forward to checking out the new location early 2026. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again.

My favorite plant shop in Austin! Such a beautiful facility with amazing plant selections. Prices are unbeatable and the plants always look very healthy. Bought this giant split leaf for just $25 along with many others. Very happy (:

Sad to write this review because I liked this little neighborhood plant store. They sold me a plant with spider mites and it’s never been able to bounce back even after I cured the mites. Apparently mites cause cellular degeneration and the plant will never be the same. Asked for a refund, or replacement and they said no because it was outside of the window. Would recommend going somewhere else with better customer service and plants without harmful bugs Update June 2025: went back with a friend who wanted to go and found scale on some of the plants. After this I will not be going back

Personally, I had a great overall experience here. They have a wide variety of plants, beautiful displays, and cute cats (although not particularly sociable). Based off of my experience, it was 5/5 stars. However, I am seeing a lot of negative comments about their costumer support and accessibility. I didn't personally have any issues with the service (that doesn't mean they don't exist), but I understand the complaints about accessibility. A lot of the nursery would be difficult to manage on crutches or a wheelchair, and the ground isn't perfectly even. That being said, I got around fine. Just a heads up.

Tillery Street plant company is a wonderful place with a huge variety of plants in a East Austin Central area. They also have a large array of succulent plants there in a separate section. They have a greenhouse full of many hanging and tropical house plants and it is a sight to behold. It's like walking through a tropical jungle! They also have a lot of our typical landscape plants and necessities along with a huge selection of pots and all sorts of garden decoration . This place has a very cool Austin vibe to it and it also has plants that are competitively priced with other outlets but seem to be in A1 grade shape. They're very well cared for and seem to be incredibly healthy. This is worth a lot to me when I am buying plants that I am going to invest a lot of time in. Check this place out and you won't be disappointed! Clicking the like button will not hurt my feelings! 😉
