I had my small city lot backyard completely redone from scratch, with french drain and buried downspouts, a new paver patio and walkway, garden design and planting and sod. They worked with my for the few hiccups that came up along the way, the install team of Salvador, Lupe, & Rafael were great, worked seemingly sunup to sundown every day, mended a fence for me also which was not in the plan, and the yard looks great! No more water draining into my garage either! Excited for the spring/fall when the plants come to life. All told it was about 7 months from their initial visit until the yard was done. They were the first to come out in April to look at the property (of the 6 companies that I had look at the project, 3 didn’t even provide quotes) and Timberline was the highest quote I received but based on my meeting with them, their reviews and reputation, I trusted them to do it right and I am very satisfied with the outcome and do not regret that decision. Most impressively, there was a small part of the patio that after it was laid I didn’t like the shape of, and they were able to rework the pavers at that area despite not having additional to soften the curve and it looks seamless. I accepted with them end of May, had the initial design in August, and they were planning to start in October but it was delayed a few weeks as I had to have a tree removed, and for another week due to the fall monsoons. Even with that, they started about 2 weeks before I had expected, it took the crew 2 and a half weeks to complete, and I was able to enjoy the yard for a week or two before the first snowstorm came in. The only immediate issue was perhaps a slight lack of paver sand but I expect them to be out soon once it dries to get that corrected.

I don’t think we can overstate how pleased we are with the results of our landscaping project. From Brad our landscape designer, Brent our project manager, to Harrison the lead landscaper. We will be using them again for the landscaping for the front of our house. Thank you for the terrific service!

When we made the decision to start a major renovation in our backyard, we knew trusting someone with our vision and our budget to create what we wanted required us to pick the right company. Our choice was made easy when we selected Timberline Landscapes. We know the owner, Brian Pfotenhauer, and trusted him because of not only a personal relationship, but more about his integrity and professionalism with each project his company has created. Our project included the replacement of a wooden deck with concrete pavers, the addition of a grilling area, a walkway from the garage to the backyard and creating a rock garden on our hillside that was overrun with weeds and way too much poison ivy. The project team, comprised of Brad Furfaro, Director of Design, Brent Hance, Director of Install Operations and Ben Ortinau, Design Assistant, walked us through the entire process in detail, and were involved the entire time. Every question, change in what we envisioned and additions to our project, was made easier because of this team. Incredible customer service that ensured our vision was exactly what we wanted. What impressed us the most was the team assigned to us. Mike, Daryl, and Noah were absolutely the best we could have hoped for. Their work ethic, commitment to excellence, desire to deliver exactly what we envisioned was most impressive. They just worked so hard, efficiently and created an absolute paradise we will enjoy for many years. Their recommendations on changes to our project were invaluable. Thank you, Mike, Daryl, and Noah, for all your hard work and what you have created for us. Also, thank you for caring for my wife when she needed you all. Words cannot express my gratitude. In conclusion, we could not recommend Timberline Landscapes higher than after the completion of our project. We called on Timberline Landscapes to rework our front and side yards this past summer. Margo Kinstler did a fantastic job of providing multiple detailed designs for the space. Margo exhibited patience and provided wonderful suggestions in helping us to decide exactly what we wanted in our landscaping. We ultimately decided to replace all of our existing landscaping with a new and fresh look, including wired accent lighting along the front pathway. Both Harrison and Errion worked tirelessly to remove the existing landscaping and to bring the new plans to life. They were always professional and timely, and we really appreciate their willingness to work so hard during a very warm week! Thank you to everyone at Timberline Landscapes. We have enjoyed all the compliments we've been receiving from our neighbors on our new landscaping!
