So far I'm not impressed. I scheduled an appointment but put the wrong day in. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back to reschedule!

Had an amazing facial with Ellie at Timeless Spa. I don't do for myself often so this was a treat. Lovely environment and staff. Recommend highly!

I went to this spa because they advertised a $149 special on Facebook. I made an appointment and went in for the treatment. From the start, the staff was not very welcoming. After my treatment, I was taken into another room and told that in order to achieve the best results, I would need eight additional treatments. I said thank you but did not agree to purchase anything further. A staff member then handed me my bag and a receipt to sign. I specifically asked, “It was $149 for today, right?” She said yes. I signed without my glasses, believing I was authorizing the advertised $149 special. When I got home and reviewed the receipt with my glasses, I discovered I had been charged $2,994. I have called the spa multiple times and was forwarded to a third-party company in Florida. I have not been able to get any resolution. It appears the “goody bag” may have included products and/or a package that I did not knowingly agree to purchase. This has been an extremely upsetting and frustrating experience. I encourage anyone considering this spa to carefully review everything before signing and make sure you fully understand what you are being charged for.

Terrible experience! I went for a special, $149.00 in Lexington. I got done went to another room to check out. The lady recommended many other services I said OK thanks. I gave her my credit card she handed me a receipt to sign. I said, I do not have my glasses, but this is the $149 special, right? She said yes 149.00 for today. I signed it she said oh wait I need to get you a bag. She came back handed me a bag and I left. Next day I pulled the receipt out of my pocket. The receipt was $2995.00. I called them they said I will have to have refund dept call you back. The refund department called me back 2 days later. She acted like she was sending me a form to sign then 20 days until refund. She later text me and said you received prescription products with a picture of one product and a price tag of $1200.00. She quit texting quit answering questions and just went away. They posted a phone number on another review for me to call. That ended up being another spa that had no idea why they gave me the number. This place is very sneaky and don't trust anything! Buyer beware!!!
