I get my oil changed here. The prices have come down a lot. Their prices are better than when they bought this store from Taylor Tires. They are getting the hang of it. Keep prices reasonable and people will come.

I have never had a worst experience with a car shop and never been treated more unfairly. They treated me like I was an absolute child, talk down to me, and we’re very extremely rude. When I had a problem with them overcharging me, they finally did a refund the money, but did not fix my vehicle and did not give me a good diagnostic. I’m extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Edit 06Oct2025: They fixed the problem at no additional cost. 👍🏼 ------ Needed new tires. Was able to go in 4 days earlier than my appointment and paid about $100 less than expected for 4 new tires. Complimentary oil change voucher for up to over $100 came with the purchase. Quoted for rear brake pad change because they were "dangerously low." I declined and said I'd be back in a couple of weeks for it. Was warned it may damage the rotors before then. Didn't have $1000 on me that day, so... Tire pressure monitoring system indicator was on when I got my car back. I assumed they over inflated the tires because of the cooling weather. 3 days later my front passenger tire is dangerously low and I was over 20 minutes from home. Went to the nearest open tire shop. Other 3 tires were inflated to 50 PSI (33 or so recommended). Front passenger tire was inflated to less than 28 PSI. I asked the other shop to quote me for the rear brake pads. That plus the unneeded tire patch was only $18 more than the quote from here. One of the rear tires couldn't be removed because one of my lug nuts wouldn't come off. It's more or less going to have to be damaged because of it being improperly put back on by the technicians at Tire Discounters. Additionally, it seems these technicians at the other shop thought my brakepads had more life in them and my rotors are not in danger of being damaged... So. I will come by on Monday. This review may be modified/deleted if they make it right by while not trying to take anymore of my money and wasting as little of my time as possible. Happy unexpected adulting Sunday.

I waited way too long to get my 4-wheel alignment. The service was friendly and fast. And the price was right. Immediately upon leaving I felt a much smoother ride. Thank you tire discounters! I will definitely not wait as long.

Bought new tires cheaper than other tire shops plus got free alignment (good for a year) and a free full synthetic oil change!
