Everyone I've interacted with was extremely nice and very helpful! I had an emergency with a flat tire at the end of their work day and they got me in immediately and had me back on the road that day! And their prices are definitely worth it as well. Omg this place is awesome. Anne and David took so good care of me and knowing I only had some much to work with they were able to work with me. When I say great service it’s not even the words. It’s more like outstanding quick fast service. I came in around 2pm there was about 7 people there. By 3pm everyone was gone in an hour. Even though I had to wait an extra hour which is totally fine with me, as long as I was able to drive away was cool. I got a rim and a tire. My spare had flatten so I was out cold. Ugh they were wonderful they literally gave me a miracle. I’m so lucky that they had what I needed. I will forever go to them now. My new rim is different from the others because it was stolen but seeing how good it looks with my car, I’m thinking about getting the other 3 done by them as well. Thank you Anne and David I appreciate the hard work yall have done for me. Happy new years
I hadn’t been to Tire Discounters in about 6–7 years, and when I came back recently I was honestly happy to see that Steven Andre was still there. From day one years ago, Steven stood out as one of the most professional, customer focused service managers I’d ever dealt with, and nothing has changed. I came in with a flat tire that had a nail in it and Steven took care of it immediately with no hesitation, no upsell, and didn’t charge me a dime. Just genuine top tier customer service. Steven is still A class after all these years, and Tire Discounters is lucky to have him. If Steven isn’t promoted to a director or VP position in a few years I’d be shocked.
I’ve been running the gauntlet of typical winter weather car issues — tire pressure, battery failure — and this tire discounters has been a life saver. Ann, David, Steven and Briyanna — honestly everyone I’ve interacted with there has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve always gotten me in ASAP, if not immediately, and completed the needed work quickly and correctly. They also appreciate my Magnaflow exhaust :)
This team is something else! I have had my vehicle serviced by them for over four years and they always get it right. Their mechanical skills are excellent but their customer service is outstanding! They always find and fix the problem every time. I have an older vehicle and she’s in good shape thanks to these folks. They never overcharge, in fact they go out of their way to save me money. They never leave my car dirty. I also like the fact that they log all of my service with Carfax so my car is sure to hold it’s value. It’s wonderful to work with people so honest, professional and kind. What else can I say but kudos them and this is THE place to have your vehicle serviced.
