I been to few places to get my van serviced. I choose Tire Disconters. The general manager Mark is very explanatory. Some times it takes a few days to get it fixed. The crew there have good customer service.

I just want to say I been here before and the service was good had no problems…. But this time I did I called twice one on Saturday told them I needed my lugs off my tire because I couldn’t get them off with a four way they told me how much it would cost long story short I called Monday same thing I came in and some light skin dude that was on the phone with me when I called said ohh we can’t do that it’s illegal now I know he was lying because they did it before and changed my tire because it was flat so I waited in line because he was goin to do what he told me they could do mind you they where busy so I didn’t mind the wait but only for him to tell another customer that they only had one tire guy and they’re were back up so the wait goin to be long…. Now if he would have just said that instead of telling me that taking lugs off a tire is illegal I would’ve been cool with that but he gave me the run around… so with that I left after waiting a good 15 mins I wanted to come back but I’m pretty sure dude going to up charge me or give me another lie so imma just look for some where else to go

Not a fan of the managerial problem solving resulted from Frozen air lines at a tire shop.. I don't like the approach to customer satisfaction the crew took, they seemed more apt to give me an answer to get me to go away than to give a customer the time to provide genuine service. I would have been better buying an electronic compressor from Wal Mart for an air check than thinking I could rely on my neighborhood tire shop. I've worked in automotive, tires and at a Tire Discounters location. My opinion is their approach to customers is sub par at this location and overall.

Really good experience at the Ferguson Rd Tire Discounters. They were patient, kind, super helpful and great to my kids! Mark helped me through the process of checking in and Blake checked me out. Both were helpful! Thankful and super excited ! My car drives like brand new!!

Everybody in there was extremely friendly, helpful and very fast. One of the best experiences I've had a tire shop in a while.
