Initial inspection said my ball joint had play, I replaced it, took it in for alignment. They didn't touch the rear toe as it was too rusted (never told me in the inspection, I would of replaced it). Didn't touch or adjust the front camber as they had a apprentice mechanic do the alignment and the apprentice "didn't know you could". Told me majority of cars don't have camber adjustments (mine does) Very Disappointed in the service, seems like the apprentice work is not checked by an actual mechanic.

Really great service at Tiremaxx with the best affordable prices in all of the city of Calgary! I brought my car to get some balancing issues checked, having a lot of vibration and shaking at high speeds and when breaking. Darwin and the team actually took their time to explain me the options I had, the issue itself, as well as the solution and best choice for me at the time with a tight budget. No beating around the bush or weird gimmicks, no disrespect or any weird looks if I asked for the price. Transparent service and quality customer care from these guys! The re balanced and even cleaned my mud-packed wheels for a reasonable amount. I will for sure be back and purchase a whole set of tires and get an alignment soon all together in a package. Can't go wrong with Tiremaxx compared to other chain places that lack good service and dealerships that will charge you thousands for nothing. Thanks!
