This was my favorite gym that I’ve been a part of! The coaches here are amazing, I learned so much more about the sport and had amazing chances to keep improving my technique and ability here. I am so grateful for my time at this gym! From the amazing coaches to the kindhearted staff, they care about your development as an athlete and you as an individual! I suffered some career ending injuries this year, and the staff went above and beyond to help me reconcile my membership. I’ll truly miss going to this gym!

Took my first boxing class here and wow—what an experience! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. The facility may be small, but it’s mighty—clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to get started. The music was on point and kept the energy high—definitely helped keep me motivated through every round. Special shoutout to Anthony, the instructor, for his patience and one-on-one guidance while I worked on getting my coordination together (let’s just say it’s a work in progress!). Fair warning: this is a high-intensity class—come ready to sweat, move, and feel empowered.

I joined Title back in October, and it was probably the best decision of my life! Clean gym, great energy, great music, lots of class times every day to work with your schedule. Most importantly, the people here are amazing. I walked into a trial class with practically zero fitness experience, let alone boxing experience, and was instantly hooked. Title is such a warm, welcoming environment and the trainers and the other members will always challenge & motivate you. Another thing I love is that there’s always room to improve even as you get stronger - everyone in there is huffing & puffing every single time. I think I’ve worked with all the trainers at this point and they are ALL absolutely AMAZING - I love them. I’ve lost 30+ lbs, built so much muscle, and feel SO much better since I joined. I was super intimated going in the first time, and even though I’m still usually the biggest person in the room, I’ve never, ever felt anything other than love & motivation!
