My wife and I have been loyal customers of TJK Plumbing for many years, and experiences like this are precisely why. Yesterday, a hose on our kitchen sink sprayer broke, soaking both of us unexpectedly. TJK Plumbing was able to come out first thing the very next morning. Not only did they quickly repair the faucet issue, but they also noticed that our water heater was leaking. They were able to replace it with a new water heater that carries a 12-year warranty, which made us very happy. I mentioned that I had been unhappy with the shower head in our upstairs bathroom. Without hesitation, they replaced it at no cost for parts or labor. This isn't the first time TJK Plumbing has gone above and beyond for us, and it's one of the many reasons we truly value working with this company. They are consistently professional, punctual, courteous, and always leave the work area clean. Josh and Dan, my hat's off to both of you for your outstanding service today. I wouldn't consider using any other company than TJK Plumbing. Thank you, Jeff and Heidi

We had a new refrigerator delivered and quickly realized the existing water line and shutoff valve needed to be replaced before it would work properly. JP from TJK Plumbing was able to come out the same day, gave a fair and straightforward quote, and completed the work quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly before he left. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I would absolutely call TJK Plumbing again and recommend JP without hesitation.

TJK Plumbing recently completed a number of projects in our 1948 home to bring our plumbing into the 21st century. These projects ranged from replacing and replumbing our old concrete laundry basin, replacing a leaky sillcock, two toilets, a bathroom faucet, and our main water valve. The quality of their work was excellent. We were treated respectfully and fairly: the price we paid for the work was the price we were quoted at the outset. However, what we appreciated the most was that Josh, Josh, and Matt worked long hours past dinnertime for two days to minimize the disruption in our household. They organized their work thoughtfully such that the time the water was shut off was kept to a minimum. They were courteous and answered all my questions both before the work began and as it progressed. Josh also pointed out additional work that we would need to do to meet code as we plan remodeling our kitchen and bathroom in the near future. We wouldn’t consider calling anyone else to do the plumbing for these projects. Five stars all the way!

TJK Plumbing is amazing! I called them on Saturday with a somewhat complicated sink replacement in our bathroom, and they had Josh S out here today to get it taken care of. Josh was knowledgeable, preparing me a number of pricing options for the work that needed to be done. He completed the installation and was able to salvage tiles the previous sink was epoxied to with very minimal damage. I was extremely impressed by this workmanship. His communication and expectation setting were great, and I would request Josh every time I call TJK in the future. I would recommend using TJK Plumbing and Josh S to anyone who has a plumbing issue/repair that needs expert attention!

We have had the pleasure of working with TJK Plumbing for our water softener and water heater. When it came time to install a laundry tub my only call was to TJK Plumbing. JP was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came up with the solution for a problem with an overhead cabinet and even assisted my husband to remove it. All costs were explained and we were very satisfied with the result. Thank you!
