T&K were fantastic - open and honest and their communication is second to none. Paperwork was prompt and clear. The technician who came initially gave us full and thorough info, outlined options and didn’t push us at all. The installation of our new unit was to happen on a shockingly hot day yet they didn’t let us down - rather they worked with us to make a really early start on the day. We thoroughly recommend Oliver and his team.

We inherited an old, poorly maintained air con system that is no longer doing its job, it works when it's cold and doesn't when it's warm. Tristan carefully checked the system over, clearly explained what the issues were and suggested solutions for repairs that would keep it going for a while. Knowing that the system would need to be replaced sooner rather than later we requested a quotation for a new system. He then prepared a set of options and clearly explained the benefits of each choice. We are completely satisfied with the service, there was no pressure whatsoever to go with a new system or the most expensive option and we happily recommend T & K Airpower to anyone.

Tristan arrived as scheduled. We had some concerns with the A/C. Upon inspection and cleaning these were all fixed and completed. We have used this company in numerous properties with excellent results. We refer people to them frequently.

As Director of CS Real Estate managing a Property Portfolio, one of our business objectives is that we only partner with quality suppliers / tradespeople. And further to that, with each job I received a detailed invoice and photos of the works undertaken. I've attached some pictures of the new PC Board installed along with the new wall controller.
