Another thing I like about TKB is the customer service. There have been a few times over the years that I've encountered an issue, whether it was an out-of-stock essential or a shipping problem. For example, one time something I order in bulk broke in transit, and now I have a note on my account to wrap them in an extra layer of protection every time, just for peace of mind. Times have been tough during the last few years with the plague and subsequent supply line issues, but TKB has always communicated their situation and tried their best to keep our little shops running.
