We were exceedingly pleased with the quality of work done by T&M. The crew is pleasant, professional and highly skilled. After calling nearly every roofing company that services the Grosse Pointes, we settled on this company because of the owner’s trustworthy demeanor and his reasonable prices. I’m so glad we did. *I added a picture, but you can’t really see the color. In the right light you can see how the new roof enhanced the curb appeal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend T&M.

T&M Roofing delivered top-notch work at a great price. Ted was responsive, professional, and flexible from start to finish. Shingles laid perfectly, edges straight, flashings and collars on point. Ted promised a quality job in one day — that’s exactly what we got. No reworks, no dodged calls, no excuses. If you’ve dealt with contractors before, you know how rare that is. Cleanup? Spotless. Landscaping? Untouched. Big ups to T&M Roofing. I recommend them without hesitation.

Want to say thank you very much to T&M and their workers. My husband and I went to two other companies and wasn't pleased with the prices or even being rushed to make a decision. But three times is a charm T&M was our 3rd company we went to, he came on a Saturday and asked us to take our time in making a decision. He called Monday we said we were ready he said we will be there tomorrow (Tuesday) they got here at 8am and was finish with the roof by 2:30pm with taking only one break. The workers were nice and they cleaned up very well thanks again and I will recommend them to anyone (once again the PRICE WAS AMAZING.)

Ted is incredibly cordial, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in his inspection, arriving on time and addressing all of my concerns with clear and honest communication. They completed my entire roof replacement in just one day, which was impressive, especially given the level of detail and care they put into the job. Not only was the roof installed perfectly, but I was also incredibly impressed with the cleanup. The team made sure my yard, as well as my neighbor’s, was spotless, despite the wind making it a bit tricky.
