Great work everytime, coaches know what they’re doing and will work with you no matter your experience. There was a day the gym had no power due to a storm and we were still in there getting work and getting the most out of it. Most gyms would have closed… very impressed with the coaches and how things/people are handled and treated.I Highly recommend TMack Elite Training.

I have been attending T Mack boxing since October of 2024. So only a few months now but I am absolutely obsessed! I was hesitant to attend a boxing gym because I've had bad experiences with toxic culture from previous MMA/BJJ gyms. The promotional videos are what sold me. You could tell that everyone was genuinely enjoying themselves and that the coaches cared. This has been my experience the whole time. They meet you where you're at. I had no previous boxing experience but never once felt out of place. If you show true interest the coaches will take the time to help you. You can attend these classes for an amazing workout or even get some sparring in of you are up to it. There is no pressure either way! Also big shout out to coach Mallory's 6 am class on Monday and Wednesday!! See y'all there!

A lot of gyms offer boxing-style fitness classes that will build your cardio, but not much else. Even if you’re a beginner, TMack is welcoming to all levels, and they’ll teach you proper form and technique. You can do TMack boxing classes for fitness, learn to spar, or go all the way to competitive boxing. There’s no pressure to perform at any level. But whatever level you’re at you always know you’re getting professional advice because the trainers are all former competitive boxers. There are men and women trainers and the classes are open to all. They even have events specific to women, which is what gave me the courage to try it in the first place. Highly recommended.

They are patient, kind, and truly work with you at all levels of boxing. I came in as a complete beginner, and the coaches were fantastic at helping me correct my technique. It’s clear they genuinely care, which is a refreshing change from other gyms where you can feel like just another number. What I love most is the welcoming environment they’ve created, especially with their female coaches. They even hold events specifically for women, focusing on boxing and self-defense, which has made this gym feel like my safe space and sanctuary. Tony is a fantastic trainer with a great sense of humor, so every session is filled with a positive attitude which empowers you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Tony is always very accommodating to make sure I could train around my work and offered very competitive prices. I am progressively gaining strength and confidence. The whole atmosphere in the gym is so friendly and welcoming. You won’t regret training here!!
