Do not consign here ever. Go to The Real Real who is legit and publicly traded. They lose items, never tell you when a check is ready or available or communicate when items are sold. They lost items and do not respond via email, answer the phone. Straight up it is theft to not have a customers items on consignment or able to locate them. Phones are not answered, emails are not answered. A BBB complaint was filed and no response to the BBB complaint either. Owner won’t provider her phone number. I was told a check was mailed to resolve the matter which was never ever received either. Beware of this business which steals, it’s theft of consumers and cannot keep track of consignment inventory.
They treat everyone as you would expect. The service, knowledge is impeccable. I’ve been shopping and selling at resale shops since the 80’s. Well priced, sell quickly and they never donate your items. They look much more like a regular full price luxury retail boutique instead of resale shop. The #1 in Dallas as far as I’m concerned. You need to check it out.
I love that they have a doorbell so that people can't just walk in. The store is organized well and easy to look around and shop for items. I consigned some pieces and worked with Justin who was incredibly informative and nice. You never know if luxury associates will be snobby or not. After my pieces were sold I was able to come back and pick up my commission. Sky who also works there and is on their IG Lives is so sweet and kind, as well as Story. I just really enjoyed the staff anytime I was there. If you are wanting to consign your luxury pieces they make the whole experience feel like a breeze. Thank you TBC!
I discovered this store through Instagram. I’m obsessed. The employees are so kind, helpful, and so entertaining. They do their job well and packages arrive quickly. The owner is so sweet. She carries very nice quality clothing at all price points. There’s something for everyone in this store. I speak the same for the Scottsdale and LA stores. This store gives you the opportunity to buy designer clothing you always dreamed of wearing at a fraction of the cost and feel amazing. Disappointed and Frustrated – Proceed with Caution I purchased a handbag from this company believing in their promise to only sell authentic designer pieces. Unfortunately, the bag I received turned out to be a counterfeit. When I contacted them, I was told that they stand behind their team and saw no issues with this bag so I had to pay to have it confirmed as a fake before they would even consider a return. This added unnecessary time, stress, and an out-of-pocket expense—all because they failed to verify the product’s authenticity before selling it. Even after I submitted official documentation confirming it was a fake, they said they have to get approval to reimburse me for the authentication fee, which is extremely disappointing. They still stand behind the authenticity of this bag. I’m also waiting for my refund of the bag that they say is with accounting. Had they handled this differently, I wouldn’t have put this on review platforms. A company that claims authenticity should take full responsibility when they get it wrong. Buyers beware—if something goes wrong, you may be stuck footing the bill just to prove it or be left with a fake bag!
