We were a party of 12 from our dental office, and while the service was generally attentive and the staff polite, the experience left a lot to be desired — especially considering our total bill was around $500. While the chef was cooking at our table, we noticed a bug near the vegetables. It was unclear whether it came from the food itself or from the vent above, but either way, it raised serious hygiene concerns. Even more disappointing was what happened during one of the chef’s tricks. When I was unexpectedly asked to catch a bowl of rice and missed, the chef picked up the same rice that had fallen onto the countertop and served it to me. I was genuinely shocked but didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my colleagues, so I stayed quiet at the moment. However, it was extremely inappropriate and unsanitary for food that had touched the counter to be served to a guest. At this price point and setting, I expected far higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better hygiene practices and guest respect going forward.
