I found the BEST realtor! Tom Speaks handled the sale of my property. He took care of everything such as repairs, cleaning, staging, marketing and selling while I was in India. Tom handled everything and kept me apprised of all details. All went smoothly without any surprises. I didn’t even have to go to Arizona to complete this sale. I was lucky to have found Tom Speaks.

Tom was exceptional. He went well beyond my expectations. He was always available despite difficult family schedules. When issues came up he was very hands on to get it done. He was not like other agent where they would try to pass you on to someone else and want you work around their schedule. Having self awareness for my own personality of being very particular, very little patience/time for bs, and knowing what I want. I can be difficult to work for people who aren’t very good at what they do. Tom exceeded my expectations.
