Love Tomlinson's! No matter the location, I'm always greeted upon walking in. Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I also love that they provide other services- delivery, teeth cleaning with no anethesia, adoption, dog washing, etc. One stop shop & services!

Tomlinson’s is hands down the best pet store in ATX! Their customer service is unmatched. Whether it’s helping carry food to our car, recommending a product for a specific issue our dogs have, helping us find the treats our pups like best, or simply checking in on our fluffy family members, the staff at the South Lamar location always make us feel welcome and cared for. We especially appreciate how friendly and welcoming Matt M., Amy, and Suzanne are.

I have been a long time Tomlinsons customer and a few months ago, I signed up for delivery. This has been life changing! The delivery person, most recently Ryan S., is so nice and professional. 10/10 recommend!

The staff this location are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. Great for if your pet has specific needs or you just want some expert advice. My cat is a picky eater, she even rejects wet food. I thought it would be hard to find a nutritious dry meal but this is what we have landed on. Definitely recommend! Don’t forget to grab your pet some treats too, they have a variety of single ingredient goods.

Always a great experience shopping here. Prices are competitive with what I was paying online. I love supporting a local business. The auto shop feature is super convenient! Employees are friendly, knowledgeable & quite helpful. Great variety of quality pet products including many from Texas owned businesses. They have earned my business!
