I’ve been to quite a few Tommy’s in the area and this location is probably not the best managed. I normally have good experiences at Tommy’s but, here I’ve been to dozen times within the year. A attendant was at the Carwash entrance only 3 of those times to guide you in. Vacuums are half the time clogged and no body ever responds to the “press for assistance” button they have available. On a positive note, the Carwash itself does a fine job cleaning my Telsa model Y overall compared to other car washes. As with all car washes I’ve experienced with an SUV, they rarely do a good job with the rear and rear bumper which I find myself using a towel to finish the job. Hope this helps your decision on using this location. I’ll follow-up if I ever stop here again, otherwise I’d prefer another location.
