Honestly, I didn’t like my experience at Tomo Tea House at all. Everything is done by machines, and there’s no real human interaction, it feels cold and confusing. The staff seemed unsure and slow, and my coffee didn’t taste good either. I left disappointed and won’t come back.
My husband's new favorite. The drinks are good. The mochi donut are really good too. The churro mochi donut is my favorite. The place inside is really cute for taking pictures. The employees are kind and welcoming.
Horrible costumer service. I come here all the time because we love the passion fruit sugar cane drink and mochi donuts. I wanted to order drinks for my work team to appreciate their hard work. I tired to call to place orders over the phone but the phone just kept on ringing and ringing so I went in. When I got there, the credit card reader was down and they couldn’t do tap so I was instructed to go to the kiosk to put in order for 8 drinks. I informed them I had 8 drinks and different customization the kiosk can’t do so they instructed me to tell them what I wanted change after placing the orders. The kiosk had a horrible glare making it impossible to look for the 8 drinks. The sugar cane drinks did not load and the search option yield nothing. At that time I was about to gave up so I asked if they still carry the sugar cane drinks once the associate said they do but it may take up to 5 minutes to load!! I couldn’t find mango sago and asked the associate again. She finally offered to put in my order and punched in my credit card info. This whole time, there were three associates and no costumers. What a disappointing costumer service!!! It literally took me 10 minutes to place orders for 8 drinks that they could have done in 1 minutes!! Tomo just lost a costumer who works close by.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) The Ube Foam with Coconut Water tasted good ,refreshing and not too sweet. However, it didn’t look like the picture on the menu (mine came all mixed instead of layered) witch defeated the purpose of getting the drink since that’s how they advertise it LAYERED .We also tried to order food, but the food section was turned off on the self-order screen, so we had to wait a while until they turned it back on , not sure why they’d turn off the food it was 11am lol. Overall, the drink was nice, but the experience could’ve been smoother.
This place was gorgeous, a little tucked away and worth the trip. Love the aesthetics, so many choices to choose from on their menu. We will have to come back because we enjoyed the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries 🍓 (small) Sweet Chili Wings 🍗 (6 count) Mango 🥭 Green Tea (large) Everything was so good, my husband ordered the wings extra crispy and they were cooked as ordered, the mango green tea was sweet with mango’s in the drink and you can customize the drink with toppings but we drank it as is and it as very refreshing. Now, the Dubai Chocolate Covered Strawberries were amazing and a must try in my opinion, shoutout to my coworker (Bre H.) who recommended it. Plus I want to thank the two staff members that helped us narrow down our choices and for their phenomenal customer service ✨ Antoinette 💝 & Jazmine 💝
