Such a great spot to eat! We had just landed from a flight and were looking for something delicious, and this place did not disappoint. Since we’re only in town for a couple of days, we wanted our meals to be perfect—and this absolutely hit the spot! The katsu was thick and crispy, the ramen was deep and flavorful, and everything was cooked to perfection. The servers were incredibly attentive and kind. We’ll definitely be coming back and telling all our friends about this place!

Great food, came out quickly, and our server (Pearl) was really nice and helpful. Tried the beef tongue, wagyu and pork belly skewers… beef tongue is a little on the fatty side but tasty. Enjoyed the wagyu cheeseburger and the presentation of the cheese sauce hitting the hot skillet in-front of you is a nice touch. The matcha mayo with the chicken karaage was delicious! Lastly had the takoyaki balls which was also really good! Will definitely return soon 😁.

This is hands down, one of the greatest meals I've ever had anywhere, in my life. If I was a local, I'd gatekeep this place to my death. Everything I ordered was the best and I would eat here 3 times a day if I could. My servers, Jayson and Pear, are remarkable human beings and I'm grateful I crossed there paths. If you only eat at one place while in Vegas, come here or fight me.

Absolutely amazing! We got the Hiro (pork tenderloin), Tori (chicken), and Salmon katsu. All were great, with amazing flavor and crispiness. I would order the Hiro and Salmon again in a heartbeat. The Tiro was also decent while hot, but the meat was beat quite thin along the edges. The miso soup that came with the katsu meals was the best I've had in the US by far, partially due to the perfectly stewed cubed vegetables . For dessert, we got a matcha Japanese cheesecake with this review. I would describe it as a nice blend of traditional American cheesecake in creaminess and Japanese cheesecake in lightness. Shout out to our servers Jason and Semi for comfortable service as well! 10/10 would come back for more.

Wow. We loved everything here! The tempura batter / katsu batter is done so well here. The sushi was super tasty and fresh. We also have the cold soba that came with tempura and that was AMAZING. In general, Vegas food never wows me but this will be a place I think about when I leave. Our server Yumi was so sweet. I highly recommend coming here!
