I just had a hair cut with Lucas. He was so gentle and made my hair how i always wanted it. He was so polite and professional. My hair is thin and he made my hair looks voluminous.Overall the team was so welcoming and smiling.. I would definitely come back later. Thank you lucas.

I’m not usually a fan of writing reviews but I gotta give a shoutout to Lucas. Since the moment I sat down, he made me feel so comfortable. I showed him a reference picture, he gave me his recommendations and the end result was phenomenal. I’m usually picky with who I let cut my hair but let me say he did a wonderful job. Not only was he kind but also sweet enough to show me how to style my hair in the future. Our appointment was for 45 minutes but he went above time to make sure he delivered perfection and that I was happy. So, if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your hair, I would definitely go to him.

Everyone at the salon is so friendly and welcoming. I wanted my hair coloured darker than usual, and Lou did the most amazing job - I love the result! Lucas cut my hair exactly the way I wanted, I came away feeling very pampered and special. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 10/10!! I will definitely be back!

Inconsistent service. Different stylist provided every time - they don't seem to have made notes on preferences/colour/aims. Expensive for the service provided. I wanted a temporary gloss while growing out my natural colour and on the third visit got a harsh orange demarcation line. Parted & blowdried my hair on the wrong side and exaggerated my cowlick on last visit so I had to wash and re-style myself before a job interview. I wouldn't recommend if you want a personal service

"I spent a lot of money, and my hair is ruined, all for a horrible hair color. I feel awful!" Very bad experience, I do not recommend it. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I have to. I went to Toni and Guy to get some blonde highlights on my brown hair. I only wanted a sun-kissed effect to bring a bit of light. (picture 1 is me just before my appointment) I showed a picture to the hairdresser, and she said there was no problem. (picture 2) I just wanted to have some beautiful blond highlights. But the result was nothing like what I wanted. I have at least five different colors in my hair, with orange tones and gray streaks. Sometimes, my hair even looks green. I spent 400 dollars for the worst hair color I’ve ever seen. There’s nothing natural about it; the color is dull and sad. (photos 3 and 4) So I called them and sent an email with photos asking for a refund because $400 is a lot of money for me. They refused to refund me anything. I was expecting a call from the head office, but they never contacted me. They offered for me to return to the salon for a touch-up or a free treatment. Not trusting them, I went back to take advantage of the free treatment, which was the application of two products for 15 minutes at the shampoo station. When I went and discussed it with the hairdresser, she told me that the photo I had shown wasn’t very natural either. I think anyone can see the obvious difference between the photo and the result on my hair. I spent a lot of money, and my hair is ruined, all for a horrible hair color. I feel awful! The worst part is that these people clearly saw there was a problem with the color, everybody saw it, but didn’t acknowledge it. I work in retail; we’re human, sometimes we make mistakes, but when we do, we compensate our customers! It’s the least we can do! I deeply regret going to Toni and Guy. Worst decision and experience of my life! RUN
