This guy transfer my tax refund to unknown Weels Fargo account,he said he has been hacked,and he can do nothing to recover the money,I don’t believe it. I’m still struggling between the IRS and Weels Fargo bank for more than a year now. I have not recover my money yet. Avoid this guy,he s a Scamer.
