I've been coming here for years and today I came in to shop for an up coming cruise so I was looking for formal dresses. Knowing I could get the very best help I headed straight to the place where I knew I would find what I needed and the help I needed. Boy was I ever disappointed! The people in the floor are very attentive and will take clothing you're holding and put it aside for you so your not lugging it around and as you gather more they show up to take it and put it with your other finds. Wellnot today, they just stood around looking into thin air. I had to go over to the dressing rooms and ask if they could out what I had aside while I looked for more. Once I found more I requested 2 dresses to be unlocked to try on. Once in the dressing room they normally check to see how your doing and to see if you need any assistance.. today crickets... so, after trying everything on and no one around to assist in anyway possible of all the clothes I tried one I decided not to purchase any of them. The store was not very busy so I was stunned there was no one in sight to help. So, It seems that they have given up on the quality of their customer service which what has always stood them a part from all other "thrift" stores. Now they are just a very expensive thrift store.

Wonderful thrift/consignment store. Loved the organization. And so much to pick from! We are visiting San Antonio from WA state and just thought it would be fun. Very impressive! Highly recommend!

Beautiful store with a nice variety of pre owned luxury items at competitive prices. The owner Kathy and sales associate Sally are awesome and provide excellent customer service. I recently purchased a designer scarf on a Saturday that was not authenticated. I asked Sally about the return policy if I had it independently authenticated, and she spoke to the owner, Kathy, at home, who offered to have it authenticated free of charge on Monday. I really appreciated this gesture! I love my scarf, and I’m excited to wear it and have it in my collection.
