Patrick took my call, and spent quality time listening to me describe what I required. We made and appointment that fit my schedule. No pressure, he let me look things over on my own, but if I had questions, he was right there, approachable and clear. Payment offers were more than reasonable and he was knowledgeable and engaged. This store is impressive! Searching Houston for a quality air bike with no luck, I happened on this store nestled away in Rice Village. I was immediately impressed with the huge selection of great equipment brands...Especially Inspire and Precor products that I never dreamed I'd find locally. And, I left with a new Assault Bike Elite, at a better price than any other retailers, (all of whom told me I'd have to wait weeks for delivery). This was a nice buying experience, and sales rep Bryan Nardozzi was great to work with! His expertise and recommendations on other products I'm planning to buy, are helpful. This is my equipment go-to store from now on.

I was looking for a new rowing machine yesterday so I called Top Fitness Store in Rice Village, Houston. I spoke with the store’s manager, Anthony who assured me I would be happy with the selection there. I popped by a couple hours later where I met Anthony and Gabby. After demoing a couple units, the Hydrow and the WaterRower M1 HiRise, I purchased the WaterRower and within 24 hours it was in my home and completely assembled by Anthony and Brian. I couldn’t be happier with my new rower and feel very confident that if I have any problems the staff at Top Fitness will be there to help.
