I had a bathtub that had some water leaking. I contacted another company that wanted to rip out everything (bathtub and tiles) to fix the issue. Rafael came and was honest and told me it’s a quick fix. So glad I called this company for a second opinion. Came on time and fixed the issue on the same day including replacing the shower head. I just purchased my place and Rafael agreed to check out other areas for repair and he would send me a quote with priorities to fix. I will definitely use them again! Thank you so much Rafael and team!

Firstly, if I could give this company zero — or even negative — stars, I would. We hired them to fix a plumbing problem after our shower backed up and flooded the bathroom. When the plumber arrived, he was unprofessional from the start. With a very rudimentary approach and an abrasive demeanor, he began working. After a couple of hours, he told us the problem was completely fixed and that we wouldn’t have any future issues. That turned out not to be true. We were charged over $900, and he left soon after. Not even 24 hours later, the shower backed up again — this time much worse than before. The water seeped into the bedroom and ruined our wooden floors. We called immediately and asked for someone to come back. At first, the plumber refused, saying there was “no guarantee,” despite the fact it had been less than a day since the supposed repair. After a long discussion, he finally returned. This time, he brought a camera and proper tools — which should have been used from the beginning — and then said the real issue was a blockage that would require breaking tiles and removing pipes. After he left, we were told we owed an additional $500, on top of whatever the future repairs would cost. We were stunned. We had already paid $900 for work that clearly did not fix the issue. We called the company to request a refund, since the original service was presented as a full repair. They refused, insisting the $900 was simply “for the service performed,” regardless of whether it actually solved anything. In our experience, this company avoids responsibility and does not stand behind its work. We deeply regret hiring them and hope others avoid going through what we did. Learn from our mistake and look elsewhere.

I was able to get a technician out the same day. Rafael was very professional and took the time to clearly explain the process. My water heater was installed the following day, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

I live in a single family home and experienced a backup in my kitchen sink drain. This happens without fail around the Thanksgiving holiday. Typically, it happens on Thanksgiving day or the night before. I got lucky that it was earlier this year. I chose TOP RATE PLUMBING due to their reviews. They answered my call and had a service tech ready to come around 2pm. I then received a call from their operator asking if he could come earlier due to a quick finish at his last job. Davis arrived with a friendly disposition and I took him to the kitchen. Of course, the sink was draining just fine when he tested it. I asked about a drain cleaning for all of the drains which was a procedure suggested to me a year ago. He gave me what I felt was a fair price and we ended up doing it the same day. Davis brought two other plumbers, MIKE and JULIAN. They were both friendly and respectful to me and my home. They cleaned up the mess that was caused by using the jets to clean all of my drains. DAVIS felt comfortable to leave them to complete the job and asked me before he left if I was comfortable as well. I will definitely call this plumbing company again in the future!!

Amazing company to deal with. Noticed my water bill was double what it was usually, and found a leak. Called Top Rate Plumbing and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out. Nick was the technician who came out, talk about fast service! He was so friendly and professional. He found the leak quickly, underground, and repaired it! No more leaking! I will definitely be calling Top Rate Plumbing again. Amazing!!!
